"Worst McDonald's site. The employees are rude and incompetent. They won't give you your food when it's clearly behind them and can see the name on the order. They want you to show them your physical phone even tho you gave them the number for pick up. They will not cancel and refund your food either. They say you don't get charged until you take your food but the app clearly takes the money and there is no way to cancel the order or get a refund on the app. They are clearly stealing from customers that way. Don't order from the app at this place and don't go there unless you want to deal with rude customer service. I've been to worse area McDonald's with way better service than here."
"They don’t take care of dine in AT ALL terrible service used to be one of the best now it’s garbage the manager some lady who can barely move cause she weighs a ton which wont make iContact with customers so she acts like we aren’t there"
"McDonald's isn't as great as it used to be. Their fries used to be everything. Now you're getting less for more money. And the workers don't listen I told them no mustard on my burger and there was some and they even put the label on it as if they hadn't. I can only say I was satisfied with my frappe. I only have McDonald's every once in awhile and I try not to judge every one as the same but they are making it very hard."
"I always opt to go to this location if I'm in the area. Drive thru line is always flowing nicely. I never have waited longer than a minute or two in one spot. Staff is super friendly and when asked they happily make your food fresh."
"I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and about 3 bites in, I came across this. The middle is not cooked at all and was very chewy. I tried calling to see if they would be willing to refund me but it kept ringing for about 3 minutes with no answer or voicemail. I will definitely not be getting the chicken again anytime soon!"
