Edwardo's Natural Pizza

"I ordered a pizza and the pizza was cold and smashed. The actual delivery time was over 45 minutes so no surprise. I called and Andrew was a completely unprofessional. He told me the nicer I was the more likely I was to get a refund. Nice threat. He made dozens of excuses and the audacity to say I was rude. I asked for an email receipt. Andrew told me I could check with my bank. Such a jerk!! This is an excellent restaurant but Andrew needs to be fired. I know employees are hard to find but do better. And no utensils."

"It was a little slow to get our food and it was hard to get service when we needed it but that's party due to how relaxed the atmosphere seems to be and it was really a great place to wind down. The pizza was worth the wait too!"

"A nice, little pizza place that offers pastas, salads, thin crust and stuffed pizzas. Their lunch special is a great deal! You can get a personal pizza, salad and drink for less than $10. They play pleasant, light music you can enjoy while having conversations, which is so nice compared to places that blast loud rock music. They could use a better entrance for handicapped. They have to enter a back door where people are sitting."

"I must first start by stating that I love this pizzeria and I am changing my review on here because of last nights service. I called to order a deep dish for delivery and I made a request that I have done for many years. Pesto mixed in with the sauce. I’ve never had an issue with it until last night. The person who took my order was perplexed by it and the cook must have been too because when receiving the pizza we got an over cooked under sauced pizza. When I called in to rectify the situation I was met with a horrendous attitude by part of the manager that acted pompous condescending and dismissive. Telling me “ I’m sorry that’s how you feel” which was odd I was telling her that I “felt the pizza was over cooked I was telling it was over cooked and I told her the sauce was wrong. At this point she went on to tell me that they removed an amount of tomato sauce to make room for the pesto because if they put on the same amount with pesto it would “overflow” which is completely stupid because what if the pesto was out below the sauce with the ingredients and the same amount of sauce was put on? Well then with her logic it would overflow. Anyways she continued to talk about feelings and I wanted to find a solution which she was not about. I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience last night and more so because I take pride I. The Chicagoland pizza experience and I loved behind edwardos for many years growing up eating this pizza and I have worked at numerous pizzerias in this region and never have I heard a manager talk to a customer like I was talked to last night. That lady has a superiority complex and needs to find a different job because she is unpleasant amd not a people person."

"This was the first time I had been here. My Wife on the other hand had been here years ago. They really need to update Their inside dining room, it's out of date and dirty. The Pizza and Service was awesome though. Our Waitress was very Polite and Courteous. Next time though, I think We will order take out."
