"My sandwich was just ok. Ordered the Wreck and asked for everything on it. Sad that I didn't receive hot peppers on it. I did wait a long time but I didn't really mind as the staff was super busy. It was lunchtime. Lots of pre-orders. Should have an extra person for these. I really loved the iced tea and lemonade station!"
"this place was very horrible especially from a worker named Josue Barrera who was very rude and ignorant when taking my order and messed my order up on purpose. he is very mean and gives horrible attitude when handling customers and gives out free food and discounts to people he knows when they order from him. he made a comment towards my African american brother and thought we wouldn’t notice when he said it loud and proud. he should immediately be terminated and no longer be part of the pot belly team. if he is i will no longer be ordering from here and advise my friends to do the same, thank you."
"I’ve been going to potbelly’s for over 20 years. I’m from chicago. Their food quality has gone down so much. This is the second time in a month or so they got my order wrong as well. And don’t even get me started on the tiny sandwiches. $8 for a sandwich I ate in two minutes. Ridiculous. I would’ve had to order two sandwiches to be full. I don’t know what happened here. Maybe it’s the location."
"Usually my experience at Potbelly is great. Unfortunately, today my family member picked up a BLTA sandwich for me, and I opened it to reveal only the “B” had been provided. I have never written a negative review anywhere prior to this, but I figure it is helpful if this is brought to your attention."
