"If you have any respect for yourself / the people you live with, please stay far far away from these apartments. If you need anything repaired, don't rely on the property managers or their maintenance team because they do not care about their tenants. For example, i moved in here in April of 2020 and just moved out yesterday, and the dryer in the building was broken for the entire year i lived there (washer + dryer are amenities that are included in the monthly rent, so you're paying for something you can't even use.) Maintenance requests are always ignored, it took them 8 months to fix my doorknob after it was completely broken off by the previous maintenance team trying to fix a lock issue. The commons areas are filled with cobwebs and dirt. This place is absolutely disgusting and negligent and i would not advise anybody to do business with them."

"The landlord doesnt care about the apartment complex nor the tenants, didnt care to have the mold or roaches in our apartment taken care of that we dealt with and tried to take care of ourselves for 8 monthes. Poorest ownership ive ever seen for a apartment complex."

"Terrible costumer service. My boyfriend and I called to inquire about an apartment and asked about amenities. The hotpads website is stating something different than we were told. As we're trying to inform the jerk that it's written wrong on hotpads he gave us an attitude and hung up on us. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't call Doug he's rude and unprofessional."
