"Zen does not live up to expectations. I visited my family here over the past two years for a few days at a time and would not recommend living here. The management team is friendly, but, it rarely responds to issues. This definitely seems to be the case, given the condition of the 7th floor. The floor’s condition is alarmingly poor. Residents say it has been trashed for a few months with no actions taken nor communication from management about plans to repair/fix the numerous damages. How incredibly frustrating! Sad to see the truth behind the facade."
