"Careful of this hotel, as they are running some sort of a scam to be honest. They charged my credit even though I didn’t authorize them. They canceled my booking without my permission, then charged me a new and higher rate for the same room reservation and for the same duration and days as it was already booked. Emily, the manager, is either highly incompetent or highly corrupt. She will do this to anyone, and go make up a story to cover it up. So if a manager does this, what can you expect from the rest? Is there no one checking on her? Can’t believe they’re using the Hilton name and pulling these moves. Highly recommend to go somewhere else where they’re at least honest."

"I paid for the room prior to arriving late at night. My card was charged an extra 4 times after this. When checking in the front desk prompted me to pay again. I was charged again the next morning before checking out and received a call to pay again. This experience was extremely annoying and I won’t be coming back. It is very simple to check and see that I already paid for my room before charging my card constantly. The room itself was okay, very outdated."
