"Upgrade your locks!!!!!!!! Nothing is more frustrating than trying to check into a room and the keys don't work. Now I'm standing in the hallway waiting for "engineering" to come unlock to door. Spend some money and replace your locks!!!!!!"

"My Stay started on October 5,2023. Our union convention so as union we are all for the employee!!! We are all for great service!!! So I will only speak to the structure of this location. My tub as I attached pictures backed up at 6:15 pm before I went to dinner. I returned tub still had not drained? I thought maybe it was raining out that could be the cause ? So I called in the morning at 8am indicated the problem. I was asked if I wanted maintenance sent. I left out because check out was coming up got breakfast returned!!! To my surprise tub still not drained?? No discount offered I was on the second floor the rain sound as if it was banging on my roof directly so no sleep backed up tub loud neighbor (expected in a Hotel). But no apology checked me out by me not having luggage in my room before I could turn my key in. Oh mentioning the key had to be replaced it was bent didn't work. This was the most and a very different Hotel Experience???? I don't recommend you take my word this may have just been my room but to pay as much as I did with a minimal discount with our convention. Was a disappointment for me. But hey I just one customer right."

"Rooms were clean, which is extremely important to me. Staff was very friendly. No fridge or microwave in room. I have never seen such a pitiful selection of channels on TV. I guess they are trying to force $19.99 on demand purchases."
