"Under new Management! Wonderful, caring people both work here and live here. The building is undergoing an interior and exterior remodel and looks beautiful. New boilers, siding, unit remodels, it's awesome. They offer transportation, meals, housekeeping and activities as part of your rent, no extra charge. Come by and see Patricia for a tour."

"My mom lives in Sterling Place and for the most part the staff is pleasant but this place needs an up lift especially the carpet on the floors but yesterday when I was visiting my mom their dinner was a choice between hot dogs, turkey burger or a tuna sandwich and the soup that was served was lukewarm! What kind of meal is that for dinner the Seniors pay too much for that kind of treatment, I called the Manager but she’s busy!"

"After the 3rd flood in December they never cleaned my carpet never repaired huge hole in front of my apartment. It stayed cold and bugs would not leave even after I sprayed or they sprayed, it was an infestation from the ceiling open and water damage. Heat didn't work in winter and air conditioner didn't work in the summer. Baseboards still laid in hallway until the day I moved .from Dec 25th to March nothing was done to my apartment or outside my apartment. Trash room had garbage in it from December!!! Washing machine left clothes smelly stanky and dryers half dried. Not at all worth it!!! Poor meals only a good meal once a week."

The manager, Robert, interacts with the residence to insure that they are happy living there, enjoy the meals, etc. He insures that the facility's operation is optimum. Seeing is believing.
