"The service at this location is unmatched. From Keshayla assisting with corporate booking arrangements to Barbara in the concierge lounge. They are both sweet, caring, and attentive individuals. They will make your stay memorable with their cheerful attitudes and shining personalities. I was greeted by every staff member in passing- which is so polite and welcoming. Highly recommend this location- thanks to them!"
"The hotel lobby had a fantastic atmosphere, but upon reaching my room, I was greatly disturbed. It was dirty, outdated, with beds bearing bloodstains and tears. Unable to find an email for contact, I'm leaving this review. Consider alternative accommodations, as the concierge refused a partial refund. As a former Marriott employee, I find the room's condition utterly unacceptable."
"Overall experience was good. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness so I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. However the room was up to date and clean, it could have used a good dusting but the bathrooms were clean and the linens were clean. However the beds are on the firm side. So if you don’t sleep well in a firm bed then you won’t sleep well. The food on site was mediocre, your normal hotel food. Nothing special. The location seemed to be a safe location, a lot of great places to eat nearby and not too far from downtown."
