"The lady at the front desk was the worst. I don't know why this hotel has more than 4-star reviews on Google. No way. The hotel also looks so old and dim. Please live nearby better hotels you can get at the same price. Also, this is definitely not a kids (No way) friendly hotel. To answer to your reply: When a front desk lady doesn't care and do her own stuff and keep someone waiting, when she is clearly seeing a baby (9 months) is crying loudly, I have no interest to talk/discuss/go close to that hotel anymore. Also, please in addition to renovate the hotel, "renovate" the front desk people. Thank you."

"First and probably last time at a comfort suites. I was just trying to find a reasonably priced hotel that was comfortable to sleep at after a long flight. This was the most money I’ve ever spent to stay at run down hotel. It said they were renovating however driving up at night, the hotel looked sketchy with all top floor windows open up and seeing random items shattered around, made it feel abandoned. Then they marketed at 89, then actual cost was 112 a night, and with fees it was 124 when I originally booked. Then when I checked in there was some more fees which brought the total to $150. It was already almost midnight and I didn’t want to find a new hotel. So, trying to stay positive, I was thinking maybe I had a renovated room and that’s why it cost more. This couldn’t be further from reality. I walk into the room which smelled very nice but that was the extent of the positives, as it was downhill from here. The walls were thin, where I could hear every footstep in the room above me, then woke up to a bunch of loud moaning noises in the room next door. Overall there so many places to choose from, this would not be the place to go. It says renovations are supposed to be completed in May 2024, I would recommend waiting until then, so the price of the room matches the quality you would expect at that cost. Also, the front desk person was so friendly to her coworker saying I hope you have a happy thanksgiving, and such. Then when she turned to work with me, the way that warm friendly demeanor left her body, was almost comical. She wasn’t unprofessional but seeing someone go from very friendly to stone cold was an interesting customer experience. Again had I paid around a 100 for the room, I wouldn’t have an issue, but you can’t charge that much and not have the quality support all those fees."

"While the Choice Hotel brand has normally been a good value, our stay at this location was dismal. The tub had body hair from a previous guest and what looked like paint spackle. There were stains on the curtains and the room smelled like weed. The staff seemed disengaged throughout our stay. On the upside, the linens were clean. I am a Choice Hotel Rewards member and will stay at other properties, but this hotel is an embarrassment to their brand."

"Unless you hate sleep and like terrible customer service, stay elsewhere. I was awakened at 4 AM by some other guest being incredible loud. I called down and notified the front desk. 45 minutes later the noise continued. I packed my stuff and went down to the front desk to ask for a refund. I was told I had to wait for a manager. I left and slept in my truck. I get ahold of the manager around 11 after several attempts. She said I hadn’t allowed them enough time to remedy the issue and offered me 1000 guest points. It cost 16000 for a room. What a joke."
