"very disappointing stay. initially no TV, someone took the power cord. that was resolved. door not closing. that was not resolved. had to lift the door upward to close. the room key worked after several attempts. weed smell in the hallway. they checked me out one day early and couldn't locate my separate extended rental, after showing the charge on my bank.. i said why would I have a one day charge on my card after being here for 2 days? it should had been 3 days. but all of that pales with night desk manager they bc he couldn't find the extended paid reservation. not only was uncaring, but got upset that after two attempts to get in the room failed. and by me tossing the 2nd plastic entry key/card and it slides. now he wants to flex his "manhood" on what i better not do. i was unfazed, and stated i'm the paid person inconvenienced and you need to take your nasty attitude down.. so he went to open the door himself after several rapid attempts and stated "you have to try oy multiple tomes". mind you i jad been there days b4, so i didn't need a lecture.. or i stated you can fix the door lock. not once did he apologize. refer to me as "sir" (being a over 64 male). i never cursed, I did become agitated bc he was treating me as though there was a lie or "hustle". asking for a receipt. well you get that when you check out. and if i did have it, it would be in a room that's i'm locked out. and he still didn't tell me if my clothes was still in the room.. btw, they were. just all around nasty. will NEVER return, and will not advise any of my engineering associates that travel to do so as well.. i was taken aback by his personal negative attitude as though we knew each other. i'm the customer. your company has made a mistake.. own it ."

"The room had no remote so they had to find a remote from another empty room to give to me and it was a problem taking a shower or brushing my teeth, because the plumbing was backed up and the stoppers at the bottom of the sink and the tub were broken and did not work."

"Moved outta state and booked a month here. My family didnt last 3 days. Our first room had visible damage such as crayon drawings everywhere, and broken lights. The smell of marijuana filled the hallways. I was patient with it until I woke up on the second morning and headed to the bathroom and a ROACH fell off of my head. One glance under the bed revealed more roaches crawling around. Clearly, they were in the bed. I notified the front desk immediately and asked for another room. They didnt seem to take it seriously. I called customer relations who created a ticket but didnt do anything. Night time came and they still hadnt moved my family. I called them until they did. New room smelled like drugs and alcohol. The curtain that covered the closet connecting the bathroom had a lot of white gunk all over it that I believed to be organic matter. The mattress to the bed was visibly dirty and falling apart. There were holes in the carpet. They refused to change the curtain, mattress or at least the bed skirt and told me i wasnt allowed to do it myself when i offered to help them out. The front desk people did not like that I was not staisfied even though I paid about $2000 or something dollars. They kept saying "You are welcome to stay somewhere else" When I pointed out that I am not from Michigan and would be displacing my family because our house was not ready yet, they TOLD me that they were canceling my reservation. I told them just give me a full refund and they did. With a full refund, I wasted no time and checked into Comfort Inn on Telegraph in Dearborn Heights and never looked back. Comfort Inn was clean, smelled good, and was very hospitable. My family was safe and comfortable there until our house was done. *Extended stays staff need to be retrained or replaced. * The building needs exterminated and a renovation. * The housekeeper, a middle aged black woman (because I cant recall her name) was kind and polite."

"It’s a cool hotel and quite place , clean and the front office staff are friendly except one thick black dude trying to over do , but my booking was rectified with a change and it cost additional $8.40 c it’s not bad ! You can even cook in their rooms that makes it good !"

"Location and front desk clerks helpful. Front desk manager not customer friendly, seemed unwilling to resolve issues or address concerns. Very unapproachable and hostile at times. Felt my longterm guest status was not valued at all. Building appears not to have been updated or renovated in years. Old dirty looking carpet, outdated furniture in rooms and in the lobby."
