"This place was absolutely disgusting. There was water damage in the ceiling, cigarette burns on counter tops and the mattresses, filthy floors/shower/surfaces, stained mattresses, smelled terrible, gross water bubbling up in the sink when you flushed the toilet, rude front desk who refused to give me a refund even though I was in the room for less than 10 minutes, so much more. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT stay here!"

"I made a reservation for 1/27-1/28. I checked in around 4:50pm The first room I was put in the bath tub was extremely dirty dirt rings around the tub inspected the whole room I was not in there for more than 15 minutes! I asked to get a different room they put me in a room with pee stained sheets and covers and room smelled like pee! I asked for new sheets they said to come back at 6:30 for them by that Time it was about 5:15 so I asked for a different room 6:30 is a long time to wait and not receive anything. They said there’s no more rooms available. I processed to get my things from the SECOND room and ask for a refund. I called the choice number and they told me in order to get a refund I needed to be checked out. I asked can they check me out now and they told me NO THEIR SYSTEM CHECK EVERYONE OUT AT 2am but they can give me my deposit back. I asked can I get a confirmation or a receipt for proof of returning my deposit and they said they don’t do those either. I did not stay at the hotel I’m very disappointed with the customer service and rooms! The desk receptionist had lied to me about no more rooms being available and not being able to check out early! Guest had told me they checked out early ! He told the person I was with they can give us a different room a hour after I asked for a refund since they couldn’t get us in a different room when I asked for it. So now I have to call there at 2am to speak with Oscar about my deposit and his employees !"

"The Coney Island next to this hotel is great! This hotel is clean but not as good as the one in Warren. However, you do get a fridge and microwave in your room. The third floor rooms are better than the second floor rooms for some odd reason. You do have to ask for more towels and wash cloths after an extended stay. The tv is mediocre and the remote may be janky like mine was."

"Bed is clean, room is very old, worn, shabby looking, coffee machine did not work. Jetted tub did not work, tv has 5 stations to watch, person behind front desk no help."

"My wife and I stayed to meet friends and were completely horrified with the condition of this property. The entire hotel smelled of smoke, both cigarettes and weed! The room was dirty, stains in the ceiling from past leaks, on the walls from the same leaks, in the furniture and carpet! Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the shower, along with cracks and dents in the walls. The blow dryer was in pieces and when you turned it on it screamed as the blade hit the side of the housing. This should have never been left in the room. Do not stay here!! It is not safe, clean or up to code! Plus they demand an additional deposit, minimum of $100 otherwise you are not allowed to stay. We will never be back!"
