"TAYLOR was very RUDE and had an BAD attitude when I called asking about my room Bill… Kept cutting me off as I tried to voice my concerns.. She needs to go through more training of customer service skills, And learn not to take her personal issues out on other people.. Whomever put her in a position to be a manger used horrible judgement.. and made a very bad decision."
"Checked in on Thursday evening and they stated they don't accept online bookings so I had to pay out of pocket for a room thats already been paid for. The person at the front desk light skin guy with glasses had a terrible attitude yelling at myself and coworkers. No hot water for a shower due to a hockey team staying there. Bar tender was kinda nasty taking shots behind the bar, she brought in all her friends and it was a very unwelcoming vibe. Tried getting coffee and got yelled by the kitchen manager, the coffee i was getting was for a reserved group but the coffee pots by the desk were empty. Would not recommend anyone here. I travel for work and this is probably the worst ive stayed at."
