"We are a family of six and our house burnt down so we had to stay here for a little bit. It's nice when u walk in. When u start walking to your room you see alot of drug addicts just chilling. A few days in of being there I moved the coach out to look for my kids toy he was looking for and found a used needle under it. I went down to tell the manager and he acted like it was normal. He said do u want me to send a maid up to clean it. Not a sorry a discount or nothing. The shower was nasty, and the desk chair was nasty. They seem to have a problem with towels because it's hard to get some. The people at the front desk are nice, but the maids are rude."

"This is a nasty hotel don't get a room here it's old fifty the pics don't look nothing like the room they have a awful housekeeping staff beg bugs I paid for 3 day left on the first day customers service is awful refrigerator nasty the housekeeper staff don't no English but if you say deport they all of sudden no English run it's a fifty hole in a wall I changed rooms 4 times roaches also."
