"Current tenant and I honestly can’t wait until the end of my lease. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE. LR Management doesn’t care about their workers so they keep hiring and firing maintenance men meaning nothing ever gets fixed and work orders take forever to complete if they ever get completed. The building common areas are DISGUSTING. The floors are never vacuumed outside of the first floor to keep up the con that they do anything for potential new tenants. The stairways are always dirty and even when you ask for it to be cleaned it’s not done. Doors never stay locked because tenants always break them and management doesn’t fix them nor deal with repeating problem tenants. Not worth the cost at all. DO NOT COME TO CARLYLE."

"I HATE THIS FOR ME! This place is ruining my holiday season so bad. They’re so inconsiderate, dismissive and abusive. They throw rocks and hide their hands. Then want to call the police on you when you demand responses for emergency maintenance attention for over a month. This is a white collar scam. They moved me into an unhabitable unit with water damage and carbon monoxide, and now they won’t even do anything to help me. I’ve been getting a ton of support from my family and friends, I’m just hoping they can own up to their word and get me out of this lease. Going through this carbon monoxide crisis has showed me the character of the people who work there, and I absolutely hate it for me. They’re trying to force me, my 5 year old and 2 year old boys to die a slow death in this apartment, and I won’t let that happen. They busted this water bubble and painted over it. I wasn’t there when they did it, it’s probably mold under it."

"The staff always quite. The elevator never works and my heater hasn't worked since 10/1/23. They NEVER answer the phone!"

"Good luck with trying to get someone on the phone, and they have no voicemail box. Neither do they respond to emails. They are only open M-F during normal business hours so you have to miss work if you need to speak to them bc you will never reach them by phone. We miss you Darius come back please. Nice apartment but thats where it stops."

"I stayed here for 1 year and Darius and lovey were so caring and loving to me and my family. Months before I moved from here my 1600 dollar bed was stolen out of my apartment by the maintenance guy who has light brown eyes and no one answers the phone when I’ve tried to reach out about it. I had to find out about my belongings being stolen from other tenants. It seems like when the old management team left. The apartments became a zoo and they are too expensive to live in when the living conditions are foul. The maintenance are very flirtatious and don’t complete work orders. Bums and people off the street were sleeping in the stairways! I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Not even an animal."
