"Highland towers is not what you expect it to be. Everything on there is wrong. This is not a senior citizen building, it’s everybody’s building. Everything on the flyer is wrong. We have 2 elevators and most of the time we have -. Sometimes we have none. There infested with bugs. Roaches bed bugs all types of bugs. They only exterminate when someone askes for it to be exterminated. They should exterminate everyone’s apt at one time so we won’t have anymore bugs. They let a lot of young people in here some of them selling drugs. People have told roco what’s happening and they have done nothing. Young people breaking into apts some of them squating. Somebody needs to something about highland towers. It’s not safe to live in."

"Do not move here! The manager Angela is rude! She talks to the elderly any kind of way. The elevators are always broke which make it hard for the elderly to get down the stairs! They do not keep up with their paperwork and steal checks! There are roaches and leaky ceilings that go untreated for months! This place is the SLUMS! And needs to be shutdown. I just left there and there were about 5 people waiting to talk to the manager (Angela) but she is nowhere to be found and has been away from the leasing office for hours!!!! There is cases open on this apartment and will hopefully be shutdown soon! Don’t even waste your time here"

"My sister lives there and it is horrible. Manager is non existent, elevators always going out of service and the tenants are trapped at times anywhere from a few hours to an entire day. No security so people are let in by folks in the lobby. Rent for some fluctuates and no reason given. What happens to those who have nurses and caregivers come in to assist them. No help from management. Needs to be reported to the City, State and Feds. Its supposed to be a senior citizens (55+plus) building but these people are paying rent, also section 8, and not receiving the any of the amenities they and the state/feds are paying for. Apply here only if you dare. You will regret it"

"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Management is garbage the apartments are trash the elevator hardly works the front door gets stuck the rotted stairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Their website doesn't work to make payments and the lady at the desk was less than helpful. I'm surprised this place has any good reviews at all there is generally garbage littered throughout the elevators and buildings tenants smoking in the elevators I don't understand how anyone would consider living there even semi decent. I don't even live there but visit my mom frequently unfortunately she is stuck there."
