"They have bed bugs. The first thing I do when I check into a room is search for bed bugs. I don’t care how clean they look or how expensive they are. Bed bugs are traveling bugs.They issued an instant refund after I showed them the photo. So happy I didn’t stay there. See photo"

"We booked for 3 nights, but only stayed a few hours due to the cleanliness and functionality of the room. The chairs and couch all had stains as well as the floors. One section of baseboard was covered in mold. Another section of baseboard had what looked like blood splattered all over it. As did the wall and ceiling. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, there was a huge gap under the front door, none of the lights in the bedroom worked, and there was what looked to be fingerprinting powder on the front door."

"This hotel is dirty! I called two days before my stay to ensure I’d have a handicap accessible room and the lady assured me I would. Called the day before to ensure the same thing and the manager assured me. I called the day off for early check in and the manager remembered my call from the previous day and assured I’d get it early with the shower accessible room. I was set! Got there and I got a regular room no handicap accessibility! The manager issac compensated me by giving me a discount on my room and an extra 1000 ihg points although he said it would more. I guess you get what you get and don’t throw a fit so cool! Now the room was DISGUSTING! the vents had dust bunnies really bad. The refrigerator stunk like skunk. The bathtub had a black mark in it but they did have Dove products so that’s a plus. Wouldn’t stay here again and I’m ready to quit ihg although after this stay!"

"I chose this location because it was close to my office for work. The staff was very kind, greeting me as I went in and out. They were helpful when I needed to change rooms. The first room I was given was 80 degrees - so I went downstairs and got moved into a different room. The second room was 75 degrees, but I was so tired at this point I didn't want to head back down. I ended up having to crack the window so the room would cool off. The air in the second room hardly blew cool, and the a/c made no appreciable difference. I closed all the curtains in my room while I was gone, and the temp in the room rose. The second night I also opened the window so I would be able to sleep. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I only ended up sleeping with a sheet due to the aforementioned cooling issues. Mini fridge worked great, power outlets around the bed were firm to plug into."
