"Catrina was personable, informative, positive leasing manager. This will be my daughter/boyfriend new home when they return home. I noticed management/maintenance is on top of keeping the premises clean. The clubhouse & gym renovation is lovely. The washroom was clean as well as the hallway, refreshing smell. Very nice complex."

"I have been a resident for a while after downsizing from a four bedroom home. The friendly staff has been amazing over the years in addressing my needs. The upkeep of the grounds is beautiful. I only wished I had hardwood floors and my own washer and dryer. I had to call emergency maintenance for a couple of issues; however they were very prompt and attentive. My building is relatively quiet. I have felt at home at Franklin River, and mostly pleased. With rent going up, I appreciate the partnership with FLEX. Thanks Franklin River and Paragon Properties for all you do!"

"One of my worst and most unprofessional experiences with an apartment place. They decided to rush my move in, had me get all my things in order just to show me an apartment that’s at a motel 6 level. The apartment was filthy and a lot of things needed to be done. A paint job wouldn’t be able to fix all of the problems the unit had they chose to show me. I decided to decline their offer and when I got my money order back I did not receive all of my receipts. When I asked them how we would fix this issue I was told there was nothing they could do. Katie is fake nice, truly a very rude lady I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone save your time and money !"

"They’re all super friendly and helpful, I worked with Catrina since she was amazing felt like I had a friend holding my hand during a rough time (I had to move out suddenly without preparation) & I was referred by a friend of mine, she was not only super empathetic and understanding but helpful through the whole process and very accommodating. From the application to the end of moving in very clear and easy to connect with. I would recommend her to a friend. I love my apartment very spacious and clean entrances. Overall thankful I was referred and live here now."
