"I resided at Franklin Hills for a period of 2 years, and although my experience was not entirely negative, there were some aspects that could have been improved. The management team has consistently provided assistance, even during the transition to a new company. However, since I moved out over 3 months ago, I have yet to receive my security deposit. While I did receive the deposit in November, I noticed that I was overcharged. I promptly brought this matter to the attention of Bridget, the current manager of the leasing office. She assured me that I would receive my deposit within 3 to 4 weeks from mid-November 2023. Regrettably, it is now the second week of January, and I have not received any updates regarding this issue. I must say I’m very disappointed with the lack of empathy shown towards my situation regarding the withholding of my funds. I feel that my concerns have not been fully understood or acknowledged. It is disheartening to experience this lack of empathy from someone in management. I would like to clarify that my previous statement has no relation to the competence or helpfulness of the rest of the staff involved in handling this situation. I want to emphasize that the staff members have been nothing short of wonderful and have done their best to assist me throughout this event. My concerns are solely focused on the lack of empathy shown by the manager in addressing the inconsistencies and delays in returning my funds."

"My family moved in from one of their previously owned apartments…We had some issues with the following upon move in; [Coat Closet, Stair Railing, Bathroom Boarder + Resident Portal discrepancy along with account being charged incorrect amounts while delaying credits toward our account. Still waiting… Laura, the resident manager is always pleasant and as helpful as she can be with the knowledge she has, but our challenges/concerns haven’t been addressed properly and in a timely fashion."
