"this place is a easy 3/10 . only being simple said is because of the pool , the service , and the drawers in the rooms . my lamp had a half roach ?! the pool towels AND my towels had black/brown-ish stains? . so did my bed sheets , the shower water was ABSOLUTELY VERY COLD. the floors stink and no doorknob on my bathroom door , the cabinet broke ?. If u absolutely need something cheap to lay in and u don't have much absolutely go here . but if ur looking for enjoyment ? go away smh ."
"When we got to the room the door was already opened there were lots of doors propped open I when to the front desk to tell them she came in and told me that the housekeeper may have did that . Red flag number one. Number two was the exposed electric panel. I should have took a picture in the bathroom next to the sink. Also, the hot water barely worked and when I went to go into the hot tub, it was not hot mine you this was the reason I booked the room in the first place.. There were no bath towels in my room only one face cloth and a towel mat. I went to the front desk to let her know. She told me they were low and she gave me a pool towels out of the pool towels. She gave me one was stained in blood. After taking the kids to the pool and sitting outside of the pool area because it was too cold in the pool area, and too cold in the hot tub to even get in, we proceeded back to our room. Once we get back to the room, my son walks past the dresser, the dresser door then fall off and hit my son in the head . Then not even five minutes later, I see him picking something up off the floor and attempting to put it in his mouth. It was a pill a loose pill in the room with my children that I paid for that was supposed to be clean and not have any revenant of any last guess there was also another pill that was found on the floor because I started to scanned and wanted to clean. I then took pictures, and I proceeded to go to the front desk and let the staff member know what I have found and I advised her that I would be letting Expedia know about what happened she apologized for the door falling on my sons head and apologized for the loose pills in my room but when Expedia called her, she denied any pills on the floor and then told me she would not write down that I handed her pills And then threatened to remove me from the property mind you it is 1130 at night and I have small children and it’s winter here also the peoples you could see right into the room. There was no glass in the hole. I had to put a piece of tissue in now when I went to tell her about the hot water she let me know that they’re hot water tank is broken and is leaking and I would have to turn the sink on for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting the shower on. I feel this is a dangerous hotel to bring children to. They are not thorough at cleaning their rooms which pills may be left from previous people and not just that the fact that they leave empty room doors, a yard for strange people to go into the rooms and or could do something to children or any person, she had already advised me that they had a problem with this before and that people were getting food deliveries to rooms that weren’t even occupied. Human trafficking is real and it’s giving me those vibes. Be safe and enjoy. Into anyone that has any smart remarks about the price of the hotel and to go stay at a better one. I am currently running from a domestic violence situation with my children and it’s very costly and this was in my price range, but just because the price is low does not mean that the quality in the hospitality should be low as well. And for Leilani to deny me, handing her those pills from the room. Is beyond me."
"If I could give lower than one star I would. Booked though a 3rd party. I did not end up spending the night. This was so bad! I felt like somthi g was off when I arived and saw on 6 cars for such a huge building! The out side of the building looked bad and in disrepair. After entering the lobby seeing how dirty it was and how bad it smelled I whent back to the car and called ky wife letting her know this place was super shady. While I was on the phone a large red truck pulled up, somone ran out for thr buying and exchanged somthing with the guy in the truck and ran back into thr bulfing holding a brown paper bag! At this point I was like screw jt! And perchased a diffent hotel. They didn't refund me eather after hearing the situation! Never go hear!"
"We couldn't stay here. The first red flag was the warning that you have 15 min to decide if you want to stay in the room. The halls smelled like smoke. There was a flood in one of the hallways. The first room smelled of smoke so we asked to switch. The second room was missing its smoke detector and had a drip coming from the ceiling over the bed. The entire place needed to be vacuumed. Barely matters after all of that, but they charge you to use the pool."
