"Horrible management company (R&T Communities), they expect rent to be paid by the 1st of each month, no grace period, even if the 1st falls on the weekend. The worst part is they don't even have an option to pay online; therefore, you have to buy envelopes, stamps, and checks in order to pay and it needs to be mailed about 10 days in advance of the 1st otherwise you will have a letter from the district court 4 days after the 1st of the month. The buildings needs to be updated including electrical and the heating is terrible it's too hot in the summer as well as winter."
"I hate this apartment. They never answer or fix any issue. Wish I could give zero stars. Extremely hot. The only reason I give 1 is because the neighbors are cool. Manager NEVER ANSWERS AND THEY MAKE YOU MAIL THE RENT ALMOST A WEEK EARLY"
"Very poorly managed property! Constant heating issues, flooded parking lots. Single glass, old aluminum frame windows get ice inside on cold days, management says it's normal... lazy maintenance men..."
