"My sister lives here and these are my favorite apartments! Everything is so nice and updated and the clubhouse and pool area alone is enough reason to love it."
"I repeat do not move here. There is mold through your all the window frames. Appliances provided in the apt are outdated and malfunctions.This apt complex is horrible. Management does not know how to keep in contact with residents. Management states the apt would be renovated and it is not. The apt is very old and every appliance has been shutting down. The dishwasher floods. The bathroom was flooded due to bad pipes. Bathroom was out for months. Windows have cracks through foundation. Informed management of this and their response was none of these are important. I repeat do not move here. Management stated to fix the problems in 2019 and did nothing and it’s 2023. During pandemic states why are you living here when the world was shut down."
"This is by far the worst apartment I have ever stayed at. From mold being in the windows and not being fixed due to price. To the bathroom ceiling having mold and not proper fixed. The property manager was horrible and didn’t not follow up on anything unless you called her to do so. We did a review before and she said “why are y’all still here then” as if we can leave during the pandemic at the time. The list can go on with what is wrong with this complex. Leaving we discarded our trash and was charged $2000 for using a public dumpster. Don’t let the new renovation fool you by moving in here. It’s horrible and a total waste of money."
"I've lived at Monticello for 4 months now, and I can truly say, it's been a pleasant experience thus far. I am super particular (maybe to a fault at times), but there has not been ONE TIME that I have contacted Emily (management)or Johnny(maintenance) where my concerns have not been timely and adequately addressed. OH, Shawn (maintenance) is awesome too! These three go above and beyond and I just wanted to take a few moments to acknowledge them and state how pleased I am to be a resident of this community."
"Johnny, head of maintenance is excellent. He always responds to maintenance requests quickly, usually the same day. Recently had to replace the furnace and he was able to get a crew here next day and went above and beyond to make sure we had enough portable heaters for the night. Always had great experiences with him."
