"Lived at ParcPointe for a year. The apartment I ended up living in lacked some sunlight, and the layout of one bedroom isn't ideal to take advantage of the square feet the unit occupies. I also do recommend improving the cleanliness when preparing for new move in. What I liked was the friendly management staff Kathy and Michelle who are very easy to communicate with and always send people to take care of the problem right away. Overall, if you end up getting a unit with a good view, it can be a good place to live."
