"I found myself extremely under the weather just a few hours after I arrived for a business trip, and every single person who worked the front desk went out of their way to accommodate me and my needs. I received late checkout and an early check-in to switch to a more affordable room on the ground floor for an additional night, free water bottles, and plenty of encouragement. If there's better service out there, I haven't found it yet."

"Good location if you need to do things on North campus. I like the app with checking in online and the virtual key. I never had to talk to anyone at the front desk. The only time I had to talk to someone was to complain about the rowdiness of some teenagers running around the hallways late at night. The rooms were nice the bathroom is nice I will definitely stay again."

"Breakfast is excellant. Lots of fruit, pastries, and hot food selection. Want to thank Danny for his outstanding service and help in the restaurant. His work and dedication in helping and serving guests are above what is expected. Please acknowledge his kindness and service."

"We went to Michigan over the Christmas holiday to visit family. We can't completely judge the hotel due to this. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The gym was much better than I expected and even had dumbbells! Due to the holiday, they didn't have the breakfast buffet, but they only charged us for the entree. It was also convenient to walk from the hotel for groceries. We would be happy to stay with them again"

"Wonderful location, good food, friendly staff, comfortable room. Bed is medium-firm in my opinion, so perfect for me. Shower water stays hot (something you know doesn't always happen in hotels) and nice ambiance in room. Had dinner and breakfast during my stay, dinner was great with nice options and breakfast was actually really tasty. Danny and Maria were extremely friendly and hospitable. Thank you!"
