"Some things are going thru renovations. One elevator was out of service. Has a pool, no jacuzzi. Pool seemed nice, didn't go in. People were very helpful. A few fast food locations were around the area."

"We stayed there because a family member was at U of M. It was recommended by U of M by the Medilodge number we called. The staff was super friendly and kind-we had no issues with the staff. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. We received no housekeeping when we were there. The heat didn’t function correctly either. The price we paid was actually higher than online price. We will not return."

"Unfortunately there was an issue with the heat in the hotel so when we arrived to our floor, all the doors to the rooms were open and the temperature in the hall was at least 80°. We were told there was no heat to the rooms so the heat was supposed to come from the hall. It was 79° in our room so we ended up turning the AC on to make it tolerable. Bathroom was run down with broken tiles that shifted as you moved around. Breakfast was good and employees were helpful given the difficult circumstances."

"The hotel was nice but the gal who manages the Hampton reservation phone line gave us the wrong information about the pet rate which is $75 not $25 like she said. This is a problem with the corporate management of the Hampton properties, not this specific hotel. Breakfast only goes until 9 which is pretty early. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and had soap and shampoo dispensers instead of single serve bottles which I appreciate."

"The breakfast was pretty good and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom had seen better days, but everything worked the way I needed it to. The hallways all had the feeling that they needed new carpet, but the room and breakfast nook had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeper left me kind notes each time they visited, which was such a sweet gesture."
