"Second-hand smoke from other errant guests CONSTANTLY comes through the internal vents. I can only imagine how the COVID-19 virus travels the same pathways. The windows don't open, resulting in STINKING, DISGUSTING, UNHEALTHY inescapable ambient air 24/7. The staff is not able or willing to do anything effective. If you want 100% non-smoking accommodations, DON'T come here. It's disgusting to be in this space. All the other features are very good - hospitable staff, decent breakfast, comfy beds and linens, clean kitchenettes, plenty of paper goods and cleaning supplies. Such a shame that I will never stay here again."

"This place was so clean and inviting! The pool and gym were awesome. We walked across the street to the mall, explored Ann Arbor, and visited Detroit. Shopping at Aldi and using the kitchenette saved us money! The breakfast was delicious. They didn’t provide lotion in the room. Highly recommend!"

"Nice basic hotel. It's nice having a full sized refrigerator, sink and stove top with dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc, but the room is pretty small. Free breakfast is very basic. We were there for 4 nights and never had housekeeping with was odd. No lobby to speak of and nowhere to congregate or hang out except in the breakfast room."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay in a clean and comfortable room. Nice seasonal decorations in the lobby and room that added to the experience. Lots of choices for the free breakfast in the clean dinning area. No complaints from me"

"Have stayed here twice visiting the area. Lots of parking, great location, very decent rooms, small TV, good beds, clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast is OK, and the prices were good. Though we only visit for a day or two, the room has the capacity to have people stay for longer durations. I can and would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in an Arbor."
