"the first year of leasing was fine - the second year during the pandemic our landlord was not very understanding or considerate. there were times in which he gave us very short notice about maintenance visits which we would inform him made some tenants uncomfortable. especially in early months of the pandemic in which we wanted to not have random people come to the house. he also was very adamant about hosting a tour BEFORE he was allowed to legally. we had to show him proof that it wasn’t allowed which made me feel like he tried to take advantage of our possible ignorance. On top of this, in October 2020 there were limits of the amount of people inside a residence was allowed. By trying to host a tour during this time, we would’ve been over that limit. And of course we were uncomfortable to know that strangers were coming to visit us when we don’t know if they were being socially distant at the time."
