"I originally applied at Roundtree but decided I wanted to move my application to evergreen and gave them a call. I spoke with a person named PJ and was given outstanding service. He guided my through the process of switching my application and even helped me immediately resolve my password issues so that I could reserve my apartment ASAP which is exactly what I needed. The whole process took less than an hour and I’m super happy."

"Roaches, Earwigs, property damage. Horrible communication between tenants and the office. It might be “cheap” but your getting exactly what your paying for. Poor quality of living and poor communication when needed. If something needs fixed immediately… it takes months to get anyone to come in to even just look at it. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I like coming for a swim with my siblings in the summer, and they always are homie and take complaints serious. The service is very nice and the office staff are not only kind but really nice and welcome. They keep a good eye on the community and are very friendly with the children. Always make me and my sisters laugh and try to help us whenever we’re in need of it. They truly care about the community, it’s not all about money for them, they are very sweet people who are here for the community. I’d honestly recommend if your looking to live in the area and don’t know where (it’s diverse, plus responsive, and sweet)."
