"Overall, it’s been fairly positive here. The amenities are nice, especially the gym and tennis courts. The apartment layouts are pretty nice and each one has an outdoor space. I like the unique design of the apartments themselves. Maintenance is usually responsive when there’s a big problem. Our neighbors have been pretty nice too, and most people are good about picking up after their dogs. I like that the staff is on site and open to walk-in or phone call concerns. I’ve lived in another complex where you couldn’t even go inside the clubhouse or get anyone on the phone. On the downside, I think the price increases in rent are very unfair without any actual updates, but that’s happening everywhere… The parking situation is atrocious - not enough spots for the buildings and a covered spot is not included in the price. Expect to park on the street at least a few times per week, because the parking lot is constantly full."
