"Moved here last year and I must say it has been pretty great here , the leasing agent Maria gets right on any problem you need when asked and is super polite , maintenance is very timely as well , would definitely recommend this place , just renewed lease as well !"
"This place is an absolute nightmare to live at—and I don’t say that lightly. When I first moved in, people were taking my parking spot that I pay extra for, and management changed the rules so that they can only call the towing service and you can’t. During office hours, management rarely answers their phone and throughout the night, “emergency maintenance” doesn’t answer their phone either. Essentially, towing can never get called and you can’t park in the spot you pay for. People’s packages have been taken many times because you need a key card to access the building and management is never here, so delivery drivers leave the packages outside—which end up getting stolen. They said they were installing security cameras in May of 2020 but have yet to do so. There is only one camera facing the elevator in the lobby. The management is never in the office so it’s extremely hard to get in contact with them. I usually have to call their other complex, Diamond Place, but sometimes they don’t answer their phone either. The insulation in this building is horrible. You hear everything from people walking in the hallways, to people talking outside, to the nonstop cars beeping, and not to mention countless fights that have occurred outside of this building. There are people around the area that linger outside and even inside the building. They sleep in the stairwells or just sit by the elevator door. If you are sensitive to the smell of smoke, don’t live here. People are smoking inside their apartments and leave their cigarette butts and ashes all in the stairwell. The most management has done is put up a paper sign that says, “no smoking.” People aren’t going to listen to a piece of paper that they just rip of the wall. Last but not least, I had someone try and break into my apartment at 5:56 a.m. on Tuesday, February 23rd. It was a woman with many sets of keys, trying to fit them all into my lock. She did have one that worked, but I held the lock, so she was not able to turn it. The police told me to try and terminate my lease, which would be the best-case scenario for me. After calling Diamond Place about 10 times within an hour after opening, they FINALLY answered and took down my information. They said they could change my lock and look at the security camera, but that’s about it. I asked about terminating my lease because I am a college woman living alone and cannot have my safety compromised. They kept downplaying the severity of the situation and told me it was a freak accident. How is someone having access to the office downstairs with the keys in a lockbox a freak accident? The intruder obviously knew exactly what she was doing. Management said I could terminate my lease by paying four months of rent even though there are only two months left of my lease? It makes absolutely no sense. They obviously only care about their money instead of the safety of their tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE! IT IS NOT SAFE! UPDATE: They in fact DID SEE a person who fit the description on the camera while speaking to my father, but now seem to say "no one fits the description." Seems like a cover-up to me. Phoenix is not being truthful about this information. She also keeps accusing me that I made a key. Why are you telling me that I made a key? It makes no sense that I "made a key," gave it to a stranger to try and break into my apartment to scare the hell out of me. The woman tried using keys on other apartments too. My dad did try making a copy of the key and couldn't because it is coded. I don't appreciate how they are flipping the situation on me and blaming me for key I didn't make. I never said key of rings, I said a lot of rings- she is putting words in my mouth. I talked to a few residents who seem to know who that person is based on the description. People still smoke and linger in the building. No staff checks at night- I sure don't see anyone. Very inhumane staff, only care about money. They won't even tell the other residents about the incident. Look out for yourself and don't waste any time here."
