"It is in a convenient location making it easy to visit the downtown Grand Rapids area. Most utilities and services are included in rent other than electricity and a wifi or cable package. The apartment comes with a parking spot included with rent, making there be one less stress or hastle in the cities hectic traffic. The landlord Robb is very kind and quick to respond if there are any issues or questions."

"The landlord made our renting experience 10 times better. He is super friendly and cares more about his tenants than he does for himself. Any problems that occurred, he was there in a heart beat to fix the problem. We had to move out of our apartment two months early than our lease was agreed upon. He let us do that plus he found the new tenants that moved in without any sort of fee or anger. We were able to break our lease without any sort of problem from the landlord. Would 10/10 recommend living in these great apartments."

"Great apartments in a quiet area, but still near the freeway. Super convenient location if you work in the midtown/downtown area, and the landlord, Rob, is amazing. He is always just a phone call or a message away if you need anything. The apartments themselves are nice and clean, with updated appliances. The rent is fair, with most utilities included (you'll just have to take care of electric) and a separate parking space per apartment. Great heating in the winters and a wonderful pool in the summers. I've had a great time in this complex, and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation."

"Great little apartment complex in a wonderful area! Close to everything in downtown GR and convenience of being near the freeway, all while being in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Robb the landlord (and his pup Flynn) is very helpful and prompt with any maintenance requests and is very attentive to the upkeep of the property. Lots of amenities for the price of rent, including heat, a parking space, and swimming pool. Wi-Fi is available for a small monthly fee, which was an added bonus for me working from home. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Heritage Hill!"

"I’m convinced you’ll never find a better landlord than Robb. He’s on top of things, communicates so you as a tenant are well-informed, and always around upgrading the buildings, which are already in good condition. Units are clean, well maintained, and conveniently located in a walkable neighborhood. Rental rates are much more affordable here than other apartments in this area that are priced much higher for fewer amenities and much less space per unit. We would have stayed here longer if we could have stayed in the area!"
