"Would not recommend! Multiple attempts to get them to pay for broken garbage disposal from the time we moved in to the time we moved out… ended up having it taken out of our security deposit. They LOST OUR THIRTY DAYS NOTICE. Absolutely insane. They’re still coming after us for “past due balances” which we’ve already paid and have the receipts for. This place is smelly, disgusting, soooo musty, our stairs were literally caving in when we moved in. The pool is never clean.. there’s just no upside. Do not live here."

"I have lived here at rolling pines for 7 or 8 years now and have to say it's been a pleasant experience. It's so nice and quiet here compared to other places lived. Never have I had any problems with neighbors everybody is kind and respectful. The office staff is awesome and always helpful and makes sure all my questions have been answered. The maintainence team are awesome, and very friendly and always make sure every need has been ment since I have been here. Not going to lie the price has went up quite a bit since I have been here, and sometimes I struggle making bills, but everywhere else is the same with less space. Overall I am very pleased about my whole experience here."
"My husband and I are going on year two of living here and have had nothing but a great experience. Maintenance team is always super-efficient and friendly. Office staff makes you feel so welcomed and like you are a part of their community. Neighbors are always looking out for one another and it is safe, conveniently located place to live."
