"I shopped at the Troy store today to replace the casters on an Elfa drawer unit purchased in the late 1990's. Miracle of miracles, the casters went on without difficulty and the unit is back in use. I was given helpful assistance at the store and am so glad that the frame design has stayed the same so a broken caster has not made the unit unusable. The Container store continues to be my favorite place. Thank you."
