"We found MKD through an ad in the Costco Connection. Costco has never steered us wrong so we decided to utilize them for our counters and backsplash. If you have no problems with tracking people down, begging to sign a contract and being given absolutely no follow up then use MKD, however if you would like someone who provides any form of customer service I would recommend looking elsewhere. All of the installers who came out to our house were incredibly polite and did excellent work, sadly the hassle to get the work completed is not worth it. We had to follow up multiple times to sign a contract and then to find out backsplash colors. We were told our backsplash would be installed next day after our counters when it really took a month. A project manager never followed up with us to ask about how anything was going. Overall it took 8 weeks to get our project completed and we had to have our walls torn up from no backsplash the entire 8 weeks. I even reached out to MKD afterwards to express my frustrations with the process and no one ever responded to me."
