"The buying counter is never open. I called once and asked for buying counter hours specifically so I did not bring my stuff in and be turned away. It’s happened to me four times. They just don’t want to have it open so they randomly close it for no good reason."

"My husband went here today - a tote of clothes and a full hamper basket plus a barely used Itzy Ritzy bag. In total we left with $57. They kept our tote and didn’t return the clothes they “didn’t” want from that batch. My husband said his experience was awful, staff was rude and couldn’t agree on policy. Multiple people standing around doing nothing. I wouldn’t waste your time. I’m glad I didn’t go with him…. I would have asked for my stuff back and told them to jump off a cliff for their attitudes."

"I'd rather throw the stuff in the trash then go here and sell. For one good customer service is greeting the customers coming into your business. Not giving them a look because of how they look. Two the customer shouldn't be the one to greet you the employees. And not one person reply until after a long pause like they didn't want to say anything. Three when I was walking out the proper thing for employees to do is say have a nice day but instead I was the one to say it. Bad for business horrible customer service. I came to this location because the review were alot better then the others. But I see those were wrong. Work on y'all customer service skills a little better."

"I was a long time customer of this location. On average I spend $125-$250 each time I visit. This past Saturday I visited during their "Clearance Blowout" and also brought in some items to sell. Their were two boxes, and I also brought in items that were not in the boxes, 3 pairs of BRAND NEW Nike Jordan's and a designer dress my baby wore this past Easter. After shopping and purchasing my items, we were told they would call us when our boxes were done being looked through which was fine by us. We were not even gone 10 minutes before we got a call telling us to come back and get our items. When we got back to the location I was SHOCKED to be handed back BOTH boxes completely full. The only items they wanted to purchase were the Nike Jordan's and the designer dress and they only offered us $21.33!! What's really disturbing is once I got home and went thru the boxes I realized that they didn't even bother to look at the other items I brought in. The items were still in the same boxes, same order and they had never been unfolded or looked at. I believe my race had EVERYTHING to do with the way I was treated and them not reviewing my items. Had I been thinking right in the moment I would not have even sold them the 3 pairs of Jordan's... they literally ROBBED ME!! I have sent a message to their corporate office voicing my dissatisfaction with this location. I wish I would have read these reviews before attempting to sell my items. I would also like to note that the items they didn't buy were ALL purchased from their location within the last 8 months and had barely been worn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!"
