"Bought a stove on 11-15-23 and was told I would get it Saturday before Thanksgiving. Received notification on the day of delivery that I would not get it till AFTER Thanksgiving due to inventory error! Was offered a different color with same pricing. When it arrived Tuesday before the holiday it had a very noticable dent in the side of the stove. When I called them they told me the best they could do is 10% off the cost of the stove or replace it AFTER Thanksgiving but I couldn't use the stove or they wouldnt replace it! Will Never use the Troy location again. What a nightmare! Beware!"
