"No privacy, rude staff and owners. Expensive for the quality. The owner is very nosy, he constantly comes and knocks on the door to bother you about things that are not his concern, such as why are you ordering take out, ehy are you running the shower, when your in the shower. He also changed all the sink faucets in the rooms so that they are the push button type and the water stays on for no more then 15 seconds at a time. House keeping will steal your money and belongings when your not there. If they knock and you dont answer for whatever reason even when you yell back your in the bathroom and they will walk in on you. There is no privacy for this place. The smallest room there cost 799 a month or 63 dollars a night. And it does not come with a bathroom and barely enough room to move around in. 1st floor is the only rooms with private bathrooms. 2nd and 3rd floors are shared."

"This place is a damn fire trap, as well as being downright filthy. The carpet is badly in need of cleaning, the sprinkler system is clogged with dust and grime and probably doesn't work, and when I was there a few years ago, there were NO smoke detectors and NO fire extinguishers. Stay here at your own risk!!!"

"Do not stay here what so ever! Ever. It seens nice and convenient being down town, but the truth is this place is a trap house, prostitutes are there. But the room itself.. the furniture was broken, the habbit for huminiaty wouldnt accept this furniture, and you could find better there. So careless both pictures on the wall werent straight. Shared bathrooms and showers with crackheads in the hall way. Sherts n blankets werent washed. The guy at the desk threatened to call the cops when me n my 3 friends who all were staying showed up at 9 because he thought we were having a party. We booked a 2 bed room. They were very disrespectful. The walls were dirty in the room, dust all over the ceiling n fan from smoke. No t.v. in the room. It wasnt vaccumed. Only thing they did between was make the bed. We ended up leaving after the guy threatened us. Do not stay here what so ever. Do not make an exuse to stay here. Not worth your time at all. On top of that the guy told me it was a $60 +tax on the phone but 80+tax when we got there."
