"This place is disappointing. It sits back off the road hidden behind other buildings. Only one elevator at one end of a long hall. Was suppose to have a Hot Tub, but None. And the pool was cool water. To warm up, I tried to fill the tub but the stopper didn't work properly. And there isn't a clock in the room. I won't stay here again."

"It has been a long time since I stayed at a hotel this bad. Basically they used covid to cover up and excuse bad service. Breakfast was I wraps and boxes, rooms were never cleaned in 5 days I was there. Garbage not taken. I had to ask for everything and the most common response was "we don't do that anymore ""

"NEVER AGAIN. The hotel's pool was closed for the second year in a row, another big disappointment. Last year we received compensation for staying there a week despite the pool being closed, but because the hotel was sold, we could not take advantage of the compensation. The place is under construction being remodeled, so it's messy. So then my wife's room is unkempt, has no desk and smells of human urine. She asks for another room and is given a second floor room looking out back at the dumpsters. She finds her internet connection is bad. She decides to check out and find another hotel. When asked by the manager why she was leaving, she explained, tearfully, that we always stayed there and this was the worst we ever found it. The manager, instead of asking how they could make it up to us, says she would have done this or done that, essentially putting it on my wife for not asking for help. We used to love this place. We will never be back after this."
