"I don’t generally leave reviews but this one had to be done. Location is close to Ohio city, Tremont, and downtown. The units themselves are incredibly unique and well kept. Weight room gets the job done and very updated. Awesome community with great people all around there. Ben as you see in multiple posts is a great manager to work with. You will always feel like a priority here. You will not regret calling this place home! A great 2 years spent at the BVQ Lofts."

"We lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom apartment and have no complaints whatsoever. The apartment looked and felt brand new, with nice modern appliances, high ceilings, and spacious living area. Rent was a very fair price, especially for the area with anything you'd need in Tremont, Ohio city, or Lakewood being 10 minutes or less from the apartments. The property manager, Ben, is as good as you'll ever get in a property manager. He truly cares about taking care of his building. He's quick to respond to any needs or issues in individual apartments and/or the building itself. Highly recommend BVQ Lofts if you're looking for an apartment in the Tremont/Ohio City area!"

"I lived here for a year, and only left because my partner moved in with me and we both work from home so we needed some more space. The year I lived there was really great and this has been one of the best places I’ve lived in. Ben is very thorough and on top of everything which is really refreshing. He was always a pleasure to work with and helped us incredibly quickly if we had any maintenance requests or questions The building is absolutely beautiful and unique.
