"I absolutely LOVE living here. 2 minutes off the highway yet a park/country like setting. I love that I live in an apartment but it feels like a real neighborhood with people walking their dogs and saying hello as they pass - very friendly. Manager is very straightforward and does his job exactly as he should - no bs. I have called twice for small repairs and everything was taken care of both times within 24 hours. He runs everything like a true businessman - what you see is what you get, what you are told is what you can expect, and what you sign for remains just that (I have seen complaints about people not being refunded their non-refundable hold fees...even thought they are told it's non-refundable - seems silly to me). Be forward with him and he will be forward with you. Also, maintenance crew is great - the landscape is impeccable and always beautiful - makes for wonderful surroundings. Finally - if you choose to live here and find an open apartment act FAST. They go very quickly and are in high demand due to word of mouth and location. I plan on staying here as long as possible!"

"well the SO CALLED "leasing guy ,maintenance man, office manager guy" took my money orders for my app fee's[x3] $120.00/$100.00 hold money for town home we looked at. 2-3 days later he calls said we was not approved, no reason given, he stated that we would get a letter and refund for (only the hold money) from Prestige managment, the owners/ opperators. 14 days later never got any letters from them and still have not received my deposit money. I think this place runs scams to get your money. how many times have they takin good peoples money just to steal their money. they tell you that you will get approved so you give them your hard earned money as a (app fee's & hold fee) knowing that your not gonna get "qualified" . State Att. Gen. found their actions interesting and is checking in to this company based out of N.Y. I just want my Money back. DON'T FALL FOR THIS PLACE'S BULL."
