"Terrible customer service, no room service for a 3 day stay. No bathroom fans in the bathrooms. Even the coffee cup lids in the lobby didn’t fit correctly. Dirty door windows inside and out. Sad today’s world is all bottom line by accountants for profit! What ever happened to customer service? Desk staff were nice thou"

"The hotel is right off the highway and so convenient to stores and restaurants. The room was small for 2 adults and a large teen, but clean. The staff is what makes this place so good. They are amazingly kind and helpful. Every time we drive through and need a place to stay we make a point to stay at this hotel"
"The nicest folks. The entire staff deserves major kudos. I travel all over the country and overseas, and this has been the best experience hands-down - professional, competent, warm customer service from everyone from the front desk, cleaning, etc. Breakfast was terrific, and Guadalupe was so kind and conscientious. Thank you for such a great stay. Highly recommend!!!"
"Great location. Staff were very kind! Room was nice and the view was good being secluded by trees. Some of the curtains were a bit meh, with a nickel sized hole in one. Pillows left a bit to be desired but i had a good sleep overall! The only real concern I have is how dark it felt in the lobby and hallways. Makes the entire building feel dreary and small to then arrive to a room that has plenty of light and feels very open! Overall, a good place to stay if you'll be in town a few days!"
