WestSpring Inn Westlake/Cleveland

"Booked this motel for visit to Cleveland rock & roll hall fame, plus art museum. Pros: Very reasonable rates, 2 double beds per room, non smoking rooms smell clean, free parking, free cereal and waffles breakfast. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to freeways. Mini fridge, microwave, and safe in the room. Cons: no housekeeping unless requested, blankets full of cigarette burns (but replaced when requested). Room very noisy with shower/water noise from adjoining rooms plus truck noise from nearby highway (see video). Pillows older, not very full. Single outlet between beds for phone charger fully used by lamp and clock. End table had ink in drawer, floor dirty by standing lamp. TV is over the air, not cable. Breakfast could be better if included muffins, fruit, oatmeal, non sweet cereal."

"Room 201 was infested with cockroaches, asked for money back. Only gave 50% of my money back they knew they had a roach problem they hide roach traps underneath the bed it was disgusting not to mention we got a none smoking room and the blankets had cigarette burns the room smelled disgusting.. the room wasn’t clean there was mouse poop all over the floor."

"Under a new name it could use a lil better maintenance. Especially the lighting on the stairwell for night time. It was dark with about 5 out of 8 lights burned out. For the price it wasn't too bad though."

"Check in and out was very fast with drive up window. Location was awesome to everything we needed with Lake close by as well as freeway. Beds were extremely flat/hard... made for a rough few nights. Sheets were very rough as well. We would choose a different place to stay next time due to bed comfort level. Seemed to be a safe place....though the Police did drive around location every day we were there. There are several large chain restaurants within a 3-5 min walk."
