Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Westlake

"I love the convenience of parking in front of my room's door. It's dog friendly and the staff is nice. It's a great place to hide out if you want to lay low. The rooms are bare bones and the bathrooms need an upgrade but the low prices balance that out for me. I'll be back."

"Had a comic con in the area. Decided to book a night here. Asked them when I made reservations for a 1st floor. Well they didn't have any avawhwn we arrived. Went up to our room. Open the door nd the strong smell of mildew came out. Bed was hard no bugs atleast. The night stab had something spilled on it hadn't been wiped off. So had to clean the off. The TV didn't work either. The bathroom floor had hair in the corner behind the door. Someone needs to go around and check on these people who clean. I told the front desk girl but the smell and she said their was a water break and didn't know it still smelled. Will not be staying at any other red roof inns."

"This is not someplace I will ever stay at again. The room was dirty, there was hair and leftover soap in the shower that someone used. There were two plastic wrapped drink cups available & two towels with no washcloths nor hand towels available. There were dirt spots on the comforter and the room was not very clean. I definitely did not take my shoes off and would not stay here again."

"The good: Inexpensive Location near Crocker Park Friendly staff Quiet (despite proximity to highway) The bad: Sheets in first room were dirty upon arrival. Notified front desk and were rapidly assigned a new room. New room was also questionably clean as a used washcloth was found atop the shower curtain, evidently missed by housekeeping. The AC unit in the first room was old and loud. The AC unit in the second room appeared to be decades newer and ran well. Lighting in the second room was rough. Aside from the bathroom light, all the lights were very dim such that there was very little visible effect during daylight hours. Not a problem if you're fine keeping the blinds open but obviously a bit of an issue if you'd prefer privacy during the day. The scent of other guests' smoking made it into the room but faded over time. Overall: You get what you pay for. The price couldn't be beat for that timing but the accommodation was fairly rough. Gets the job done if you're just looking for a place to sleep in comfortable beds."

"First stop on a cross country trip from New England to Southern California. Easy location close to highways and gas station. Very friendly and excellent customer service from Mistie and Angela. Room was spacious and clean. No bed bugs. I requested and received extra sheets and towels, which were also very clean. Only issue I had was the air conditioner in the room was very dirty, you could see inside of it. I did not use it for this reason. Bathroom and shower were decent. Overall a great stay. Would recommend."
