"After my first week here I honestly can say I absolutely love it! Beautiful new renovated townhome. Yes a little smaller than our last space, but love the separate living space vs bedrooms upstairs. Looking to buy within the next year, and did not like the old property manager where we came from and their lack of updates/maintenance. Don't trust the bad reviews of this place as they appear to be very outdated and from people who may have had unpleasant experiences. This is one of the most peaceful places I have lived in a long time! Definitely will make the transition between renting and owning well worth it!"

"My partner and I originally signed an 18-month lease but moved out after only 5 months. The place might look nice from the outside but looks can be deceiving inside its small, overpriced 1,000 sq. ft. town homes. Rent would always be around $1,500.00 every month, with them nickel-and-diming for water and sewer. The outlets are covered with nice-looking plates but the actual outlets are old, loose, and upside-down for some reason. The floors are very hard to clean since they're PVC and have grooves in them, trapping any dirt that falls on it. Expect your feet and/or socks to be dirty at all times. The dishwasher is very small and is misaligned, forcing me to jury-rig the door every time we opened it. And the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors breathing. With the place being dog-friendly, you will hear dogs barking at all hours of the day. We had a neighbor who owns two dogs that would cry and howl every time they left, and it would be as if they were in the same room as us. It was unbearable, gave me terrible anxiety, and forced my partner to start smoking again. Every time we complained to the leasing office about this issue, they would always take the neighbor's side and this was one of the main issues why we left. There was also construction during the day since new homes are being built, so trucks backing up and beeping would also occur. And at night, there'd be other neighbors blasting music and cooking steak at midnight for some reason. It's no wonder that when we left, there were about 10 more vacant homes. This place is extremely noisy and will not give you any peace and quiet. It's very overpriced and they nickel-and-dime you for everything. We had to pay a $4,000.00 fee just to move out, and they charged me for whatever else they could find, even though we cleaned the place from top to bottom. We would strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs and look elsewhere."

"Nice enough units, but over priced - especially considering it's situated a few yards from the train tracks (and you will hear trains at all hours). Don't expect your maintenance requests to be taken care of either. I had 1 electrical issue that was reported upon move in, and never fixed when I moved out 14 months later - then they charged me for it. I had a plumbing issue that was reported 11 months before I moved out, then two more plumbing issues and no smoke alarm that were all reported 3 or 4 months before I moved out, and none were fixed when I moved. If you don't care about any of that though, it's a decent area.."

"Would not recommend this property at all. Extremely overpriced, interior is minimally kept up - water damage painted over, old noisy water heaters, cheap construction. You pay only for the location. The management staff is unpleasant to work with. There are many apartment complexes in the area - such as Remington, Chase, and Sturbridge. All offer more amenities, higher end construction materials, and more reasonably priced. I made a huge mistake renting here, but liked the townhome layout with a second floor. Please learn from my error so you don't make the same one."
