Crossings Village

"4 year tenant. Rent increase $300 more a month last year and now $200 more this year to be competitive with other "luxury" apartments......Crossings really thinks outdoor greenery hides the hideous poor condition of the place is old and run down makes worthy of calling them luxury apartments. $1700 for 2 bedroom apartment buy a home the mortgage is much less"

"April is an excellent property manager but the whole team at Crossings does a fantastic job. The maintenance team is friendly and takes care of issues ASAP. The area is kept clean with constant landscaping, snow removal or leaf disposal. For being as close to crocker as it is, the property is quite quiet. Lived here for about 4 years and have never had a serious problem. Great overall spot to live!"

"I have lived at Crossings Village for almost three years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years and nothing compares! Maintenance is incredibly responsive. Most recently, we had our refrigerator stop working and Butch was on the scene within 30 minutes of my early morning call. We had a new refrigerator that same day. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was incredibly kind and professional even though lugging a refrigerator up to the third floor was surely an unexpected part of his day. I truly feel that the staff here go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well too!"

"I lived here for a year and planned on staying longer (but life took me to another state). I had a wonderful stay at Crossing Village. Everyone I interacted with on the staff was wonderful and they were really communicative the entire way, especially during move-in and move-out. I've lived in A LOT of places as an adult and this was one of the my favorite apartments. Can't recommend it enough."

"DO NOT APPLY HERE. THEY ONLY WANT MONEY!!! I had applied here and gotten approved, everyone was nice and went smoothly. Few days later I got the email saying I was approved but needed a co signer. I never had an issue getting an apartment before so I asked why. The ladies in the office said they didn’t know why and that I needed to call their manager. They gave me the number and I called. And called. And called. I called this lady about 10 times in the past 2 weeks. She’s not called me back, or anything. Completely ignoring me. They said I had a certain time frame to get a co-signer but it was up to her. Well I never spoke to her and it’s been weeks so I moved on. Problem is. I was stupid enough to give them a second check. One was for the application fee. Okay fine. The other is to hold the apartment, but they “won’t cash it” until you’ve been approved and are going to go with them. The $300 goes towards the deposit for your apartment.. well after weeks of not hearing anything and being told that if you didn’t have a co signers then they’ll just cash your $75 and trash your $300 check. NOPE. Woke up this morning and they took all $375. Management won’t talk to me about my own application and took my money and ran!!!!!!!"
