"I wish i could give 0 stars. This place is filthy and extremely noisy and uncomfortable to stay in. There were kids yelling and banging the walls all night at 2am and we called the front office and they did nothing. The towels also had red stains on them and the bathroom door was banged up very bad. Wont be bothering coming back here again and i dont recommend anyone bothering with this place. It will be miserable."

"Very prejudice. Manager will make up lies on u. Police will stop you for no reason if you are black on this property. If you black just stay on the east side. Or go anywhere but westlake or Avon. Record any interaction even with civilians"

"I don’t even want to give this place 1 star but it would t let me not leave it 0 stars. The place has potential if they updated it. Our room had broke furniture, and the carpets were so dirty, it left my feet black. The tv was a nice size, but there was only like 20 channels and pretty much useless. But they really really need to address the smell. I don’t even understand how they can operate a hotel with that smell. It was bad enough that we considered calling the police to investigate because it smelled like there was a rotting body that got pissed on. It’s the kind of smell that makes you want to call the police because it was that insanely concerning. The third floor smells absolutely awful and stale. It’s a combination of decaying bodies, animal (specifically cat) urine (literally smells worse than an animal pound), mildew, cigarette smoke, and it’s like they tried masking the scent with incense. The smell was so beyond bad, I literally threw up. Mind you I’m pregnant, but the smell gave me a headache and really messed with my stomach. We tried complaining many times but no one was ever at the front desk nor did they ever answer the phones so the customer service was just none existent. It was the worst smell I’ve ever smelled in my life. The comforter was covered in stains, and the towels were questionable that we didn’t even bath showering. They left us with a quarter roll of toilet paper and we had to use a tissue box for toilet paper since they didn’t even leave an extra roll. We booked for our anniversary and while we made the best of it, the hotel alone really dampened our experience. Really really wish we can get a refund, but again, no one was even answering their phones or there to complain about. Don’t stay here."

"The man at the front desk when we checked in was very kind and helpful. The free breakfast of granola bars, muffins, oatmeal, and coffee (although it was very weak coffee) was convenient. We travel with our cat so the hotel being pet friendly is a plus as well; and the pet fee was only $28 a night. Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the room. But overall not a bad hotel if you’re looking for something cheap."

"Financially, good deal but you get what you pay for. No dishware in kitchen, you have to go get the big plastic container from front desk and lug it to your room. Then you have to make sure you brought soap because you need to rewash all silverware and plates and cooking utensils. Staff is pretty awesome, so that's a plus! Bed is not comfortable at all."
