"This place is perfect for a simple little area. Management and maintenance have always been kind and on the ball. I enjoyed being close to the old Milford part where I could walk to the little shops. I had to move for business reason, but if I get the chance to move back to Milford these apartments will be on my list."

"One of the worst places to rent. The cost is ridiculous, Management does nothing when you call. The front doors to get in the hall have locks that management refuse to fix it for the last 7 months. The building smells like weed at all hours and management refuses to enforce their lease."

"This place is awesome. The maintenance man came within 8 hrs to fix what broke a few time s. Never a problem. He was very polite and considerate Besides it's 2 bed and 2 full bath washer an dryer hookup. It's a step up from Milcroft!! It's about the same price ! You get more here if you don't want the nasty pool that your neighbor Hood kids pee in"
