"They show a nice pool on there webpage well guess what they close the pool anytime they want, every other day we’re getting some excuse of why the pool is closed. They opened the pool a month late also, I’ve lived here 3 yrs and this is the first year it’s been opened. We pay our rent to have access to a pool and the management decides when they wanna open it, it’s ridiculous. A lot of kids around here aren’t supervised and do whatever they want including breaking the backboard to the basketball court so now that can’t be used. The playgrounds are also old and breaking so the kids were told to not play on those too. The grounds usually have trash everywhere as well. Don’t recommend moving here!!"
"Tried to go to the pool with some friends, (friends that live and pay rent here) and lady (apparently leasing agent) came over with an attitude questioning if we lived here, who are we, how old are we, and when we said our ages asked for ids (me being youngest at 18 then 20, 29) proceeded to ask for ids and when said why don’t have too and I don’t have it, said “I’m the leasing agent so you do or get out of the pool and not come back” and proceeded to say we needed to be with a resident ,then to later we looked at rules on board as leaving and said as long as over 16 we do not have to be with a resident. Overall very bad experience and very rude leasing agent"
"The most wonderful ladies in the office and ive been for 7 years and never had any problems at all. Been so helpful to me and my family. Very very helpful. Do the paper work for u and everything that u need when they don't even have to."
"When I called about an apartment the lady on the phone was super friendly and very helpful. They got me in ASAP! I came in for my appointment and told them my situation and they got me in pretty fast and thank god for them! If they didn’t me and my family would have been homeless. They went above and beyond for my family, which I’m not sure any other place would have done. The staff is so friendly and make you feel right at home. I love my apartment and it feels a lot more safe to come home at night and I can rest a lot more peacefully. And the best is my kids made new friends quickly and they love it here too! The location is great too. I’m super close to everything even now."
