"Nobody is ever in the office, can’t keep the office open due to the main office staff being rude and not backing people up when they’re working from the apartment complex office. Been trying to get stuff fixed for years now and no body is here to take care of work orders. I’m over it !!!!"

"The apartments are beautiful. The newly rehabbed units are quite fetching and extremely expensive. How ever, there is NOT 24 hour management on site or off, to handle emergencies or concerns of tenants. When I had a client that resided in building 4, I myself couldn't get ANYONE, INCLUDING THE ON SITE PROPERTY MANAGER, WHOM RESIDES IN SAME BUILDING ( 2ND FLOOR : MY CLIENT WAS ON GROUND FLOOR) Refused to respond or schedule a meeting regarding my clients concur. Instead, managment proceeded ( the next day ) the tape a NOTICE TO VACATE PROPERTY IN 48 hours, After she took clients rent check.... bad business and the worst management I've ever called upon in regards to handling business affairs to ANY SATISFACTORY standards. I'd love to find contact information regarding upper management of Valley Brook Apartments."

"Had an appointment for a move in ready three bedroom apartment. Just moved here from out of state. Got turned around on my way there. Called she said I had 3minutes to get there. Made it in time. Started filling out paperwork. There was like 10 questions check yes or no. I scrolled down to the question that applied to my situation & started filling it out. The leasing rep was like you need to answer these questions. I said yeah this is how I fill out paperwork. She said you know what I don't think this is going to work out. Maybe you shouldn't live here.. She said I was rude and that she wasn't going to deal with it. Got up said ok and walked out. Turned around went back asked what did I do or say? She said I was rude, that she wouldn't have called me to the appointment if it wasn't move in ready, and did I want to do the process or not. Said ok and before I even stepped foot in the door she said I don't think this is going to work out. I turned around and left."

"Was great when I first started staying there. I was banned for no absolute reason. While drug addicts still live there, the crime rate for these apartments is terrible. The old management never explained why I was "banned" when drug dealers actually still live there. Which is an injustice to me. But I don't recommend anyone ever moving here."

"Anyone that says this place is livable is lying!!! The whole place is ate up the bed, bed bugs, and cockroach. The hallways are always nasty, dirty, disguising. People of all ages hang out in the hallways 24/7 day and night. At night you can't sleep there are people screaming, laughing, and fighting right out in the hallways. The hallways are so bad you can't even walk up and down the steps with your laundry. The water heater break once a year every year, and it always takes them 5 days to fix it. My roof has been leaking for 3 years now. It now rains inside my apartment every time it rains. There are 3 holes in my ceding from the rain. And worst of all there is MOLD up there you can see it and they still don't care. They have refused to fix this problem which has gone on for 3 years now. We all keep getting very sick from this. About a month ago there was a black man outside with a gun. There is HUGE fights here atleast once a month. The drugs are very bad here. There is always someone outside selling heroin. The kids find needle out on the playground."
