"We moved in 2 days ago and so far our experience with Redwood Milford had been fantastic. The leasing manager, Kim, was awesome at communicating regarding the availability of the specific floor plan we wanted, which we were on the wait list for. Charlie in maintenance has already helped fix some minor issues. The rent is a little high, but you are paying for "condo" like living and our apartment is huge (1300 square feet, Willowood floor plan). We also have a 2 car garage and the community is very private/quiet. We are still working on making the apartment feel like home, but I have a feeling we are going to love living at Redwood Milford."
